SYNCMEN ENTERPRISE CORP.   2019 RPET bag application

RPET (recycled polyethylene Terephthalate) is a new type of eco-friendly recycled fabric. The yarn is made from discarded plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles and Coke bottles. It is commonly referred to as Coke bottle green cloth (RPET fabric).

RPET yarn manufacturing process:
Bottle recycling → Bottle inspection and separation → Bottle smashing → Spinning, cooling and collecting yarn from flakes→ Recycle fabric yarn → weave RPET fabric.

Syncmen Enterprise Corp has been devoted to environmentally friendly packaging, recently introduced RPET fabrics. We apply this material to customized tote bags, so that PET items can be reused and recycled for the environmental protection.

In recent years, due to the growing problem of the earth's pollution, it has raised an important issue of environmental protection.

Syncmen has been committed to the promotion of environmentally friendly packaging-paper bags as well as joined the FSC certification in 2011 to push environmental issues to a higher level.

In 2019, for coping with the global trend of circular economy, we have launched environment friendly bad products made of REPT material, such as shopping bag, shoe bag, tissue paper cover, and coin purse.  Such application lowers the environmental pollution produced by PET bottles, and the recycled material thereof not only increases the service life of the products, but also prevents environmental damage caused by PET bottles!

According to various demands from our clients, we are capable of manufacturing a variety of bags which are made of 100% RPET material or a combination of REPT material and other types material (such as cotton or linen) which may improve the textures of the bags.
